Easy 30-Day Returns
We want every MyCozyKids purchase to feel just right. If you're not completely happy, we're here to help. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of purchase or delivery.
01 — Eligible Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Unused and in original condition
- Returned with all original tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
02 — Refunds
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement
03 — Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.
04 — Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final-sale items
- Gift cards
- Worn or washed merchandise
- Opened underwear, socks, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
